Mileage Rates (drivable units)
Up to 500 FREE miles included with your RV rental; $0.59 / mile for most additional miles. Call for quote and details.
Insurance
Rental units must be insured by the renter. Please provide proof of insurance coverage from your insurance provider. If this is not possible, please contact us for information regarding coverage through our insurance provider.
Down Payment & Balance
We require a $250 down payment to reserve a rental unit. This is applied to the rental cost, and the entire balance is due on the date of departure. Your down payment will not be refunded and will be assessed as a cancellation fee if the renter cancels the booking with less than 21 days notice. See "Cancellations".
Refundable Cleaning Deposit
A refundable cleaning and security deposit of $500 is due on the day of departure. The deposit must be paid at time of pickup and is refundable in about 7 days after the rental unit is returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Cleaning is charged at $60 per hour.
Generator Charges
We charge $3.00 per hour for generator use.
Pet & Smoking Policy
Our RV rentals are non-smoking only. We do not allow pets in our RV rentals. Note: Any damages to the rental unit will result in the forfeiting of a portion or all of your cleaning deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the rental date are without penalty; cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the rental date will be assessed with a $250 cancellation fee.
Minimum Rental Period
Minimum rental period is normally four days. Special events or holidays may require a longer rental period. Please call for details and special rates.
